problem with driver crash gma g33/g31

I am having an issue playing World of Warcraft Cataclysm. While I was playing the game, I initially recieved an error stating that the graphic driver has stopped working, but recovered. After that, the same issue occurred again, but this time instead of recovering, it locked up the entire computer and I had to do a forced restart.

Continuous HDMI feed (EDID saving)

I just got the new Sandy Bridge, Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz 6MB S-1155 with integrated grafics. I am using that on a Gigabyte GA-H67MA-D2H S-1155.

I have plugged the HDMI output into my receiver and then to TV. HDMI all the way.

Problem is when I turn off my receiver and turn it on again, the computer disables the output of the HDMI and will not enable it again until I restarts the computer or unplug the HDMI cable and plugs it in again.
My PS3 does not have the same issue - it just works.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 crashes with Intel HD Graphics 3000(2600K)

Every time the round is over it crashes to desktop for the game Battlefield: Bad Company 2. I've tried changing settings, set DX level from Auto to 10. It seems the refresh rate of the game reverts to 60.003841, in the settings, not 60Hz, and I think that could be the problem. I've got the latest 2266 driver installed, so I'm puzzled what to do. I know Core i7 2nd generation graphics still have problems properly playing back 23.976Hz, I wonder if its by some weird reason related to that(settings in drivers)?

On Crysis pre-Beta, it crashes to desktop when the settings are changed.
