[urgent] Problem with result page

I have a problem with my result page. The next step is not starting.

The last line shows

Benchmark Result Run time (s)   Minutes ago Date

CompileUnitTest OK - next step : 2013summer_2_xeon 0.33   285 mn 2013-12-16 13:06:03 1387195563

since then, nothing happend.

I heard of at least 2 other class-mates with the same problem. And Paul Guermonprez is out of office till  jan 7th.

Can somebody else from intel help me?

How to deal with incomplete templates

in the summer_1-benchmark are several incomplete templates which should not be found.

In the summer_3-benchmark is a rotated template at position 9344 / 2184, which is also incomplete but should be found (according to expected.txt).

Can someone explain, when a template should be considered incomplete? (In the summer-3-case, only "a few" pixels at the bottom are missing.)

Downscaling factor

in test scenarios there's cases where pattern is downscaled for some arbitrary scaling factor.

Now, in program we have scaling factor for arguments, but, what is downscaling factor? Is it same as scaling or?

Thanks, Dusan.

Bug in image-class found?

I wonder if there is a bug in the provided Image class. The method Accelerate::Image::create_image_from_bitmap creates a local variable named result which is returned at the end of the method. Therefore the destructor for this object is called and the allocated memory containing the pixel data is freed. Due to the missing copy constructor the program continues to use a pointer to an already freed memory location (which is not healty).

Do I understand this correctly? Is there a bugfix available?

Best regards,

Can someone explain the results?

Since the results are posted, can someone explain them?

I'm not sure I understand what LargeXeon vs SmallXeon means, and it's even more mystifying, how people inside "SmallXeon" are sorted?

Also, could you post the benchmarks on which tests were run?

Can we see solutions of other participants?

Thank you.
