There is a latency miss-balance over the 1Gb ethernet network. The values vary from 26us to 34us. These value do not affect the sustained performance since the Infiniband network is used as the main message passing network.
It is expected that some files fail Intel(R) Cluster Checker's file_tree module. These files difference won’t affect the cluster functionality.
