Known Limitations

  • Due to a race condition between the USB device settlement and the USB driver discovery time, using external USB devices may cause the frontend installation to break. See details in the recipe for a workaround.
  • On the default OS installation iptables and irqbalance services are enabled. To enhance performance these services should be manually turned off.

  2. Obtain a serial number for your ICR product.

Submitting Issues

Steps to submit an issue

  1. Go to Intel® Premier Support web site.
  2. Log in to the site. Note that your username and password are case-sensitive.
  3. Click on the "Submit Issues" on the left hand of the screen.
  4. On the "Product Type" scroll-down select "[All Products]".
  5. On the "Product Name" scroll-down select "Intel (R) Cluster Ready"
  6. Fill all the requested data of the issue and click on the "Submit Issue" button.
