Other samples have been changed in support of the user consent option:
• The remote control samples report an error if a set boot options command was sent when a user consent code was required but not sent.
• The redirection samples report an error if a user consent code was required but not sent.
The redirection library was also changed to provide an appropriate error if user consent was not completed when it was required.
