Change the Trusted FQDN Common Name

The following steps describe how to change the trusted FQDN Common Name.

1.  Select an instance of AMT_TLSSettingData,where the key “InstanceID” equals “Intel(r) AMT 802.3 TLS Settings” (the remote, or network, interface) or “Intel(r) AMT LMS TLS Settings” (the local interface).

2.  In the selected AMT_TLSSettingData instance, set the following property:

Property

Value

TrustedCN

The trusted FQDN (string value)

 Note:

Changing the TrustedCN in one instance of AMT_TLSSettingData causes it to change in both instances.

3.  Invoke AMT_TLSSettingData.Put.

$tlsSettingDataInstance.SetProperty("TrustedCN","trustedCN.demo.com")

$tlsSettingDataRef.Put($tlsSettingDataInstance)
