CIM Elements

The following table describes the CIM elements used to implement the Agent Presence feature.

AMT_AgentPresenceService	Represents the Agent Presence Service in the Intel AMT subsystem.	Static	1
AMT_AgentPresenceCapabilities	Represents the Agent Presence feature capabilities.	Static	1
AMT_AgentPresenceWatchdog	Represents the monitoring state associated with a single agent.	User	0 – 16
AMT_StateTransitionCondition	Represents an application watchdog state transition that can trigger an action.	Implicit	0 – 64
AMT_AgentPresenceWatchdogAction	Represents an action which is triggered on an application watchdog state transition.	User	0 – 64
CIM_EthernetPort	Represents the capabilities and management of an Ethernet Port.	Static	0 – 2 1 instance per interface. This means that a machine with a wired and a wireless interfaces will have 2 instances, while a machine with only a wired or only a wireless interface will have 1 instance. A machine with no interface configured will have 0.
AMT_SystemDefensePolicy	Represents a System Defense Policy.	User	0 – 8
Associations
AMT_AgentPresenceInterfacePolicy	Associates between the CIM_EthernetPort and the AMT_SystemDefensepolicy.	User	0 – Max Max is the maximum number of interfaces (for example, for a machine with both wired and wireless, max=2)
CIM_ElementCapabilities	Associates between the AMT_AgentPresenceCapabilities and the AMT_AgentPresenceService.	Static	Number of instances as the number of Capabilities classes
CIM_ConcreteDependency	A general association that represents various relations between Agent Presence feature instances.	Implicit	Number of instances as the number of Managed Elements
CIM_HostedService	Associates between the Intel AMT CIM_ComputerSystem and AMT_AgentPresenceService.	Static	Number of instances as the number of services
IPS_WatchDogAction	Handles the action to be taken when watchdogs expire.	Static	0-1, depending on whether the feature is supported on your platform.
** Instance Creation: • Implicit: Instances created implicitly by Intel AMT in response to a user CIM operation • Static: Instances created by Intel AMT on initialization • User: The class supports create/delete
