Configure and Enable a New Profile

The following steps describe how to configure and enable a new 802.1x profile. The example shows use of username and password as credentials.

1.  Retrieve the instance of AMT_8021XProfile, where the “InstanceID” key equals “Intel(r) AMT 802.1x Profile 0”.

2.  Set the following properties in the object:

Any Instance ID

Enabled

AuthenticationProtocol

“3”

Username

Password

“pass123”

ActiveInS0

“true”

 

3.  Invoke AMT_8021XProfile.Put to activate.
