error No Products found


Problem: When trying to download updates for Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2011, I get the following message. "No Products found."

Resolution: Something might be wrong with the login session. One possibility is to close the browser, perhaps delete cookies, and log in again. If the problem persists, you can post the issue in User-Forum-Support or in Intel® Premier Support under the category "Download, Licensing and Registration"
