Get Started Using the DPDK Traffic Management API

This tutorial describes the new traffic management (TM) API in DPDK 17.08. Features include hierarchical scheduling, traffic shaping, congestion management, and packet marking, using a generic interface for QoS TM configuration for devices such NICs, NPUs, ASICs, and FPGAs.
