Suspicious Optimization Behavior - LNK2019 inline virtual destructors

Hi I am experience some strange behavior when turning on optimization (/O1 and above). On linking phase, inlined virtual destructors of base abstract classes are unresolved. I am using Intel 2017.0.109 on Windows10 64bit with Visual Studio 2013. Intel compiler 2016.3.207 has the same behavior, however when compiling with Visual Studio, I do not get these errors.

vtun_amplifier_xe_2017: Warning: Cannot locate debugging symbols for file `xxx'

    I install vtun_amplifier_xe_2017 in CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core) by root,and it installed in /opt/intel, and i run the samples with amplex_gui in below:
