When you get deep into solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), the line between firmware and application gets blurry ... or, in this case, foggy.
Intel has recently contributed a full implementation for UEFI Capsule update, including support for the EFI System Resource Table (ESRT) and Firmware Management Protocol (FMP), under EDK II.
My code base is very large and uses many different module files. I am trying to use the code coverage tool with intel 22.214.171.124 on linux to see how much of the code actually gets used.
What happened to this once so great compiler? Since v17 and now in 18beta so many things are broken? How could that happen? I will try to come up with a list of issues, but I'm really frustrated.
