I'm using the H264Encoder DirectShow library and notice a problem only when HW is enabled. When I make the call to MFXVideoPP::QueryIOSurf() I see a trace statement in the output window: FRC Unsupported. The return status code, however, reveals no error. But encoding does not work and later on down the pipeline an MFX_ERR_ABORT is returned from the call to MFXVideoSession::SyncOperation().
Does the Intel Media SDK support 4:2:2 colorspace MPEG2 content?
We have recently started encountering some errors from the H264 encoder based on the MFX SDK sample DirectShow filters.
The specific error is this:
Return on error: error code: -2147220992 .\src\mfx_video_enc_filter.cpp 503
There are usually two of these errors in most cases followed by a generic unexpected error code on issuing the Run() method to the DirectShow filter graph. So in those cases capture never starts. However, in a few other cases the capture does start but it is in black & white (despite preview being full color).
First, I want to commend the support staff, you have an important and at times tough job. I think the IMSDK and it's teams are impressive.
If you search the forums for MFX_WRN_DEVICE_BUSY, you will see it is happening regularly to a number of people.
I have a heavily modified version of the tutorial 'simple_5_transcode_opaque_async_vppresize'.
I have tested my program on Win7/x64, Win81/x64, Win Server 2012R2 x64
I'm using MSS 2015R3 (I also upgraded to R4, but the issue still exists)
My scenario is as following:
-H.264 decoder (720p 30fps high profile) => VPP composition(only one input) => H.264 encoder (720p 30fps high profile)
-each component uses its own session, but all 3 sessions are joined
I am new to RealSense SDK. I have some issue when I try to integrate RSSDK face detection and landmarks into our application.
When I set the image resolution into 1280X720 , AcquireFrame will always return PXC_STATUS_INIT_FAILED(-503),
unless I comment the " m_pConfig->ApplyChanges(); " , which means face detection and landmarks are not enabled.
I tried to download and install Video Pro Analyzer 2015 R4 (build 1.5.0) for Windows, the newest version. However, it is supposed to be an evaluation version. Could you please confirm this issue? Thank you for taking your time. (I moved from ... Download, Registration & Licensing forum)
